Strength for Life is having it's 12th Wellness Retreat February 8th - 9th at the Hyatt Wind Watch in Hauppauge.

This day is geared towards enhancing the well-being of cancer patients and survivors by providing a full day of classes, lectures, food, fun, support and a bit of vino after hours:). This retreat starts at 9am with breakfast and a talk about natural healing by Dr. Siobhan Bleakney Hanlon of InnerSource Health,then an exercise class with Jacqueline and Debbie. 

After the exercise class get ready to dance with Zumba guided by Penni Niles, then a break for lunch and onto yoga with Allyson King then to "Root Chakra - Healing the Pelvis" by Carolyn Calvacca owner of White Lotus Massage followed by healing and relaxing Reiki and Sound Healing with Rosemary Giglia Maginniss and Donna Nesteruk...deep breath...Dinner! yeah!

During dinner we have a wonderful presentation of Feng Shui for Healing by Laura Cerrano owner Feng Shui Manhattan Long Island.....the vino comes in during/after this! If you read this far already, keep going.....we had a few cancellations for this retreat and would love to fill it completely (Strength for Life pays either way) so if you are or you know of a cancer patient/survivor who may need this retreat please contact us!!! IT IS TOTALLY FREE!!!! And it is open to ALL CANCERS. It will be a great weekend!!
