My Quality Real Estate Photos Success Story is one that began right here on Active Rain a couple weeks ago, with my post Quality Real Estate Photos Do Sell Houses; which was a featured post that received nearly 100 positive and affiriming comments and 750 page views - and counting.

 

The agent I was shooting the listing for, received an offer and entered contract after only 5 days of listing her real estate property.

 

This week I learned there is more to the story:

 

The buyer of said real estate property, saw the quality real estate photos and declared to my client, that she must see the house for sale immediately. From the photos, she was sold on both the home and the neighborhood, which has a park and play gym right outside of the front door, for her two young children to play in.

 

The part of the story is that is so great for me, is that I learned this info while photographing her house, which is now for sale, and which my client picked up as a new listing.

 

So let's review:

• My client gets immediate interest in her listing from a qualified buyer who contacts her directly
• She enters contract on both sides of the transaction
• She gets a new real estate listing from her buyer, who now becomes her seller too
