I was thinking yesterday, that from the time a good idea gets to become a reality is a long process and often laden with problems unimagined. Take health care for example...it's a great idea but has yet to become a reality, in the way intended for most of us. My personal peeve is that most people who debate this have no idea what the reality of sitting in front of a computer screen for hours on end, without any success. Try calling a government agency for anything at any time and you get frustrated. Now fold in the necessity of needing coverage and the consequences are really traumatic.
I am working on Medicare now, and it is so exasperating. I never ever thought this would be so very difficult but it is. Nothing is a given and just when you thought that at a certain point in your life things could be predicted....surprise, surprise.
Life is one big surprise after another. Planning is good but as is said by some anonymous source..... "Man Plans and G-d Laughs...." Make it a good day.
