The Lumberton Historical Society Museum is open to the public on the 3rd Saturday of each month, From 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. It is located in the Gaun building on Main Street.
It was originally the Town Hall and it's official name is the Ridgeway A Guan Community Center in honor of Lumberton's Township Clerk for over thirty years.
The Historical Society has pie plates, notepaper, afghans, and four buildings depicting dwellings in our historic village for sale. Click here to view the afghan!
Each year special events are held to promote the community and help raise funds for the museum. This year one of those events is the LHS Car Show. The Collector Car Show will be held on Saturday July 19, 2008. Registration will be held from 8:30am-11am; the event will run until 3pm.
