Hi Dick, from your description of Old Town, I could see why it's one of the most popular places to live in Fort Collins. An old town charm can not be repeated and a perfect picture on your blog post to display the charm. With prices starting at over $200,000 on active listings, clearly, home prices have increased and probably will continue to go up. Great presentation as always!
