Every year at this time, I post the daily weather forecast for the Waste Management Phoenix Open held at the Scottsdale TPC golf course. And, every year, I get hate mail. I don’t understand it. Do you?
Well, okay, I do get it, especially for those of you caught up in the frigid north.
If you’re coming to the WM Phoenix Open, I suggest a light sweater or sweatshirt for the mornings and early evenings. And, don’t forget your sunscreen.

If you think it might help mitigate the "hate mail" responses, see if you can find the average temperatures for June, July and August and post those - and watch the frowns turn upside down when folks understand the price we pay for these temperatures in January.
Michael, personally, I don't mind those months. Well, around mid August I'm a little tired of it but just want a change.
Cara, it's just jealousy. Personally, I STILL remember those midwest winters.
