Inventory continues to increase, but at a slow rate. As of today there are only 28 properties on the market in Alameda.
Two single family homes and 1 condo sold during the week from January 20 to January 27. The sales prices ranged from $520,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo which was on the market for 126 days. The condo had an accepted offer which fell apart. The condo was put back on the market and closed with the second offer. The two single family homes sales ranged from $700,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath home on East Shore to $856,000 for a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Bay Port development.
