Irving Texas Home Sales were down 6% in November 2013 over the same month last year with 100 homes selling this month! So far this year, overall home sales were at 1,570 homes sold, a 17% change from this time last year. New Irving Texas Real Estate listings changed 7% for the same period last year with 145 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 7% change with 2,179 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 3%, with 96 homes contracted.
