Rebekah Radice Our AR Friend
Explains About Social Media & Digital Marketing
Starting in 2005, Rebekah Radice, with her marketing background, entered the real estate social media world in a gradual way until two years ago when she decided to jump into a new career. At the time of the interview, Rebekah worked full-time for BHG. Now Rebekah has her own company and offers support to Clients as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Consultant.
You can communicate with her on Google+, Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn.
Rebekah Radice Our Own AR Friend explains about Social Media in a 30 minute interview with Toby Salgado. Mr. Selgado hosts a radio show with top Real Estate personalities. The interviews are set up in podcasts so one may download them and listen when walking or driving. After speaking to him on the telephone when he called me one day (that's another whole story!), I went to listen to his interviews. When I looked at the list, I noticed that Rebekah Radice Our Own AR Friend speaks in interview #10.
In her interview, Rebekah explained that there are no shortcuts to builiding an online audience. People must provide content and continued presence online to build up an audience. She stressed localism for solid topics and standard real estate information as well.
Rebekah Radice Our Own AR Friend says, "As with anything else in Marketing, there is no quick" [fix] to gain an audience. She suggests that folks "don't just throw out posts and data from time to time" - one must be consistent and reliable when Followers come looking for your content.
Rebekah described the difference between a CURATOR and a CREATER online. She stressed the importance of both groups to a careful study of any topic online. Sahe also discussed HOOTSuite and its help for the social media user.
Rebekah Radice Our Own AR Friend has a personal guideline about Curator vs Creator. to "share 80% of other people's posts and only 20% of your own. Be strategic! Do not just BLAST your work onto the Social Media sites."
"Titles are the Make or Break" critical gateway to your post. Rebekah stated that sometimes she would put different Titles on posts on different sites to do her own testing. "Don't waste too much time over-thinking the title" but pay attention to it.
I would recommend listening to the entire interview. The interviewer stated his analysis of what Rebekah Radice Our Own AR Friend was saying. She spoke clearly and her responses were thorough. One question was "WHICH IS EASIEST Social Media to build up?"
Let me know if you agree with her choice!
Have a happy day -
