What Do Park Shore, Coquina Sands, Olde Naples and Pelican Bay Naples Florida Have in Common?
You ask.....well, let me tell you.
Park Shore is lovely centrally located area of Naples with high-rise condos on the Gulf, single family homes on the Bay and lots and lots of great shopping and dining.
Coquina Sands is slightly to the South of Park Shore and offers terrific low-rise condos on the Gulf and it’s single family homes have been either remodeled or replaced with luxury mansions.
Olde Naples is where it all started. Elegant dining and shopping on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South. Gorgeous mansions on and off the water along with small but elegant low-rise condos dotted throughout.
Pelican Bay is a planned development of 2,100 plus acres which comprises high-rise condos, low-rise condos, mid-rise condos, villas (attached and detached), single family homes and estate homes. Pelican Bay is home to Artis-Naples, formerly The Philharmonic.
So what do these 4 areas of Naples have in common?
They will all be in the mid 70’s today with bright sunshine.

A long stroll on the beach in Coquina Sands.
Outdoor lunch on 5th Avenue in Olde Naples.
