1 whole chicken
1 large onion diced
4 large carrots diced
1 bell pepper diced
4 celery stalks diced
3 bay leaves
2 Tablespoon butter or olive oil
Teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and Pepper to your liking
Teaspoon got sauce
2 cups cooked egg noodles
Place chicken in pot, cover with water, and add hot sauce, bay leaves, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, sauté veggies, garlic, one teaspoon butter/oil until onions are translucent, set aside.
When chicken is done, remove from water and let cool - separate chicken from bone and add veggies and separated chicken back to stock. Cook on low-medium for 1 hour.
When done, add cooked noodles and serve!
