Real estate here, year to date, is down 31% over 2012 and home sale prices fell back by 11% over the same timeframe. The 2013 real estate market in Charlestown is feeling a single family home buying pull back this year.
The Charlestown RI home sales market for the month of December 2013 is feeling the distinct winter blues as sales decrease in this waterfront town over the prior month.
Charlestown RI waterfront
Nestled in the southern part of Rhode Island between Westerly and South Kingstown RI, this town offers beachfront and rural homes for the home buyer. It is the coastline and serene surrounding landscapes that draw home buyers to this location for year round and vacation homes.
