Seniors, retirees and those just hitting the 55+ age....Fairway Village is an awesome community. We don't have very many 55+ areas in Vancouver, WA. We have a few mobile home parks and a couple smaller neighborhoods/subdivisions but nothing, NOTHING as fun and full of choices such as Fairway Village offers.

DOWNTOWN PORTLAND, OR: Fairway Village neighborhood is only twenty to thirty minutes (with good traffic) to all the events and activities that keep Portland that "happening place" to live near. Portland has fabulous shopping, fabulous nightlife, but...WA is better is so many ways! (Ask me!)
MEDICAL FACILITIES: Peace Health Hospital is closer to Fairway Village than Legacy Hospital. Peace Health is about 10 minutes from this location. Legacy is about 15 minutes. If you are part of the Kaiser Permanente system...there are four clinics in Clark County and approximately 25 minutes to the Sunnyside Hospital.
SHOPPING: All the major favorite shopping stores, big box stores and restaurants are all within 10 minutes.
