Isn't this a pretty sold sign?
Larry DeGroat, who also blogs from Searcy AR has been my friend for many years. I tease him and tell him that when I first met him his car was filled with flowered car seats and had no room for real estate passengers.
He had three children, two of them girls, and possibly all still in car seats. They are all almost grown up now and he has been a really good father to those children.
Larry is one of the most mentally alert guys that I have ever met. He, along with Al Gore, practically invented the world wide web in Searcy. (LOL) I blogged once before about how I bought computers and grew a little with each one. Well, Larry found computers easy...so easy that he helped form a company called IPA.net that was probably the first internet connection in our town. I was so excited to sign up and have the internet in my home.
He also showed me how to use the internet. He'd say type in Yahoo.com and then show me how to do searches. At that time, his office was across the hall from mine. He was always willing to help me and others in the office and the broker in the office.
He has been a huge asset to our Board of REALTORS................................................Oh, well, I could brag about him for a long time but what I started out to say was he made this pretty sold sign for me just to use for putting SOLD across any listings that I might have on this blog that have sold.
