2013 was an great time to buy and sell in the MAUMEE OH area REAL ESTATE MARKET. Interest rates were at an all-time low for Buyers--and they still remain low. The cities of Toledo, Maumee, Holland, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Waterville and Whitehouse are prospering. January 2013 inventory of homes to sell was high and by December 2013 many of those homes had sold leaving a low inventory of homes on the market.

MAUMEE OH is a town south of Toledo OH. It can be arrived at from downtown Toledo on the Anthony Wayne Trail or off 475 and the Anthony Wayne Traila. It is a a great city to live in and is close enough to everything.
I lived in MAUMEE OH and recommend it highly for its feeling of being in a great community with excellent schools and a community oriented neighborhood.
MAUMEE OH has an excellent school system--rated Excellent by the State of Ohio
