Hidden Springs currently has 15 new homes listed in the MLS with 8 of those either fully finished or under construction.  There are three primary new construction projects currently in Hidden Springs which include 14th Avenue construction by Boise Building Company, The Rolling Hills phase dedicated to Boise Hunter Homes Hidden Springs, and Dry Creek Commons by Seidl Homes.

Home prices of available new construction ranges from $310,000 for the Dry Creek Commons patio homes, up to a single leve in Rolling Hills priced at $528,200 for 3100 sq ft on a view lot (please note that 14th Avenue construction still has remaining opportunities to modify floorplans where single level 1900 sq ft pricing is approximately $275,000)

In the past 3 months, there have been 6 new home sales in Hidden Springs.  Average sale price was $432,399 ($153 per square foot).

There are also 6 homes currently pending (Average sale price is $463,707 - ($151 per square foot).
