Looking for New Port Richey and Trinity, FL Homes With Fireplaces.

It's been a little chilly here on the west coast of Florida, in Pasco county. And, more to the point, it has been rainy and damp. A fireplace in your home could take the bite out.

Currently, there are 193 homes, villas, townhomes, and condos with fireplaces active on the New Port Richey and Trinity markets. The highest priced one is $3,749,998 located on the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Harbors South Beach. It has 3,749 sf. The lowest priced home is in Anclote River Estates and is $38,500. The average listed price for a home with a fireplace is $361,901.

New Port Richey and Trinity Homes With Fireplaces

Sold homes, villas, condos, and townhomes with fireplaces in New Port Richey and Trinity during 2013 totaled 356; with the highest being $985,000 for 5,900 sf in Aristida; a custom-built home on 1.67 acres. The lowest was a bank-owned in Moon Lake Estates which sold for $15,000. It has 832 sf. The homes sold at an average 95% of listed price.
