As we can see inventories on all types of homes and accordingly the sales have dropped as compared to January last year. The prices keep increasing steadily, with the the most significant increase seen by Condo Townhouses at 13%.
Please, keep in mind, that the sales for January 2014 are only up to January 29, so we still have 3 more days of sales, and this will impact the numbers. Minimum and maximum home prices are for curiosity only - no need to be concerned.
