The media and many other people are bad mouthing this market.  What I want to know is "WHY IS IT SUCH A BAD MARKET?"  I am so convinced that this market is the best that it could ever get.  With rates so low and homes also sooo low!!!  So many people get caught up with what's going on around the world that they don't see what's right in front of them.  I want to make it very clear to all the consumers, that while they're "WAITING UNTIL THINGS GET BETTER" other investors are taking advantage of this situation.  Every consumer has the right and SHOULD know that if they don't buy in this market, by the time they buy, it will be too late and all the REAL deals will be gone and they would not have taken advantage of what's in their face.  People are buying and getting rich off of real estate ARE YOU??  I'm doing a seminar about how to purchase a home on March 27th.  Contact me if you want to join me on that day.
