As a Home Stager, I specialize in owner occupied properties. Sellers who will be living in the home while it's listed are often overwhelmed with the task ahead of them.... preparing their house for sale. What should they keep and what needs to go? What color should they paint? Is the furniture placed the way it should be?
A two-hour Home Staging consult is often enough time to, not only create a complete to-do list for the sellers, but to actually make some dramatic physical changes on the spot.

Again, I apologize for the poor quality of the photos. A professional photographer was scheduled to shoot the listing pictures, but it didn't get to that point. The home never got listed because a family member ended up buying it.
