I recently completed the Georgia Contracts - 2007 online course and found it to be very informative and helpful, especially since there are some major changes over years past.  If you are planning on using the 2007 GAR Purchase and Sale Agreement and haven't already had coursework offered at your office, I would suggest looking into this course.  The cost is $30 and you get 3 hours CE credit.

One thing I was unaware of is that the 2007 GAR form is merely "suggested," and not mandatory.  Earlier forms of a Purchase and Sale Agreement may be used as long as it is accepted by both the Seller and the Buyer.
