Thanks for the link to the article Brad.  I love this idea-so much more character than a mcmansion but less maintenance because the sizes are more realistic with an emphasis on the important features to the modern buyer.

Brad, great article.  Here there seem to be more renovations than new builds.  We see a lot of great old homes where the facade has been kept as it was and the inside completely re-created.  I had some very funny clients once who referred to the new builds as "noodle look old".
