In today's world we are stressed to the limit often.
Stress is the one thing that can do you in quickly.
Learning how to tell if you are stressed out is the first step in controlling it.
I have included a test here.
Look at the picture...You should see 2 dolphins jumping out of the water.
If you see anything different, take immediate stress relief action.
Remember without your health...you have nothing.

I never get tired of this one. I just showed this to a friend of mine. He was looking for the hidden second dolphin...I laughed and told him he was stressed out.
I thought I was stressed but must not be since I see both dolphins, both the Grey one and the Hereford.
William, that is one of my favorite sights when we're out in the boat. Cowphins are remarkably more athletic than their land based brothers.
