Working in concert with our sellers who are preparing for an upcoming move we now offer a Sneak Preview of Homes that we will be putting on the market shortly.
There was a time when a prospective home seller would phone and say come and talk to me about selling my home. You would set an appointment gather up some local sales info and head off for the appointment. If you secured the listing you would fill out a carbon copy one page listing form take a picture of the front of the house and off you go to put it on the MLS system.

Today Realtors® often work with sellers for some time prior to putting their home on the market.
Today, after getting the call and an initial visit to to view the condition of the property and making our listing presentation, we take the time to prepare and print out a multi page document called a Comparative Market Analysis for the property.
We review the analysis and discuss what could be done to help sell the home as quickly as possible for the most money possible and in the shortest time possible.
Depending on the sellers wants needs and abilities we talk about the possibilities of a fresh coat of paint, some de-cluttering, perhaps even hiring a Stager to stage the property.
During the process we stay in touch, often discussing changes to the original plans to get the home ready to maximize its market potential. When we are both happy with the results it's time to get the listing rolling and we start to spend money on marketing ..... the photo shoot is arranged for the virtual tour and the photos to be used in the marketing via print adds and brochures..... a property specific web site is set up as well as being promoted on all our existing web and social media platforms.
This can take any where from a day or two to a week before the listing is actually uploaded to the MLS system complete with all the bells and whistles of multiple pictures, virtual tour, map location, description and measurements.
