-Where Do America's Most Attractive People Live?- Guess Where?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty ~ Charleston 80693

Perhaps you would pick places where politicians live or many Hollywood celebrities invest beautiful homes. In L.A. ? New York? Neither.
Apparently, all the hotties hang out in Charleston, S.C

Turning to Travel+Leisure magazine, the SOUTHERN CITY is home to the most attractive people in America. As always thought in news feeds -  New York to be the fashion Capital and L.A., Cal. being the most visited state, survey says it scored low being people- friendly.

The loveliest too tend to live in sun-kissed places such as Honolulu, or hyper and athletic areas, like Denver.

Check out the top 10 sexiest and most liveable cities:

Source: Travel+Leisure

  • Charleston, South Carolina
  • San Diego, CA
  • San Juan, Puerto Rico
  • Denver
  • Austin
  • Miami
  • Savannah
  • Honolulu
  • Phoenix/Scottsdale
  • Nashville

As Charleston City is growing in Real Estate Industry, it will reap sooner,  showcase more extravagant yet classic and simple and luxurious but cheap homes this year and ahead. The gains in the low-country and nationwide were highlighted and consumers in 2013 have been left with a sense of urgency, let's give credit to low home loan rates.

I am from SC and I find this hard to believe.  I was actually just there a couple of weeks ago too.  I would have guessed Florida really.

Ca milla,  I wouldn't have guessed Phoenix!  I will have to check it out the next time we go to visit my husband's 96 year old mom!  I haven't seen any hotties in the dining hall where she lives.

That's easy. People don't want their skin under stress, they want access to beaches, culture, world travel and job opportunity. Chicago provides all of the above.

Wow I am heading over there now. That is where the prices are going up! To heck with jobs or other data--- good looking people could be the next most important reason why values go up... I could so see this, and if it is why not blog about it?! Great post!
