It's apparent why sales are down John.  You have no inventory.

I had a conversation with Ken a few weeks ago and the stats at that point had 90% of all listings expiring on Cape.  Mainly due to the fact that the inventory is old and on market too long and for all the wrong reasons.  This along with weather provide some start to 2014!
