Lease a site for auto repair and space for about 10 used cars in St. Charles area.  Costs about $1,500 a month with tenant paying utilities, and janitorial.

Small church of about 20 members needs about 1,200 square feet near interstate 70 form St. Charles through St. Peters.  Needs to keep costs around $800 a month.  Will lease a store front or purchase small building at about the same costs.

Hair salon needs 900 to 1,300 square feet in St. Charles, St. Peters area for $650 a month.

Client needs lease purchase of 1,750 square foot home in 63385 for about $1,250 with equity set aside included.
