In the last 90 days single family homes have sold for an average of $457,000 down 10.4% from the previous 90 day period. Sellers received 99% of their asking price and homes were on the market an average of 89 days before selling. Days on the market before selling increase 2.3% from the previous 90 day period. Townhomes and Condos sold on average for $0 over the last 90 days down 100% from the previous 90 day period and sellers received 0% of their asking price. 

Year over year average asking prices in Alta Loma zip code 91701 decrease 1% for 3 bedroom homes and decrease 4% for 4 bedroom homes. In zip code 91737, 3 bedroom homes decrease 25% and 4 bedroom homes increase 14%.

 

Currently there are 41 single family homes on the market with a median asking price of $580,000. 15% of the homes were asking over $900,000 and 22% of the Alta Loma homes were priced at under $450,000. The median sold price for single family homes was $435,000 and the average time on the market before selling was 89 days. 

In the last 30 days there were 16 new listings coming to market and 11 listings sold during the same time period. Based on the last 30 days sales and the current total number of listings in inventory there is a 4.18 months supply of homes in Alta Loma.
