This brings the count to 13 homes on the market for sale, 8 home under contract and 1 home that completing the sales process in the last 30 days.
Those on the market for sale range in list price from $205,000 to $609,900. Those under contract where last listed from $269,900 to $510,000. That home which completed the sales process sold for 387,000.
