Realtor Facebook ( FUN ) FLUFF versus LinkedIn STUFF!
I have spent the last week paying more attention to LinkedIn than I have since it's inception.
WHY?
Because it hit me like a thunderbolt that a lot of people that I know in my life that like and respect me are there. Like REALLY there.
Virginia Tech Business Degree. Self employed family background. iPad Queen.
Hmmmm...the matching DEMOGRAPHICS are loud and clear. Like a trumpet going off.
I guess I was busy with the guitar Or ukulele.
I was purportedly there but let's say MIA.
Well, no more, no way Jose, I' m there to stay for a way long while.
WHY?
I seem to have a lot of pilots, engineers, geeks, accountants that gravitate to me for real estate services. I like cutting edge real estate technology and am implementing something one day to the next. Let's not get confused and say it comes easily to me. It simply fascinates me and I work at it really hard until I get it....one gadget or program at a time.
Anyway, the wives like the golden part but the husbands like the systems, the no nonsense, the straight to the point part of me.
Well, I 'm bringing the Goldens over to Linked in, too. Looks like I need to take some Golden Results over to that networking platform ,too.
Gotta run. I need to fill out some LinkedIn recommendations, endorsements plus fill out an invite or two or three or MORE!
