The Hanover County real estate market performed well from the previous year, seeing significant growth in home sales and a reduction of days on market. Average List Price: $265,778

Average Sold Price: $261,391

Now let's see how that compares to the previous year, 2012:

Number of Homes Sold: 1,031

Average List Price: $253,640

Average Sold Price: $246,955

Average Days on Market: 74

As you can see, the number of homes sold increased by a whopping 15%, the average list price increased by almost 5%, the average sold price increased by just shy of 6%, and the number of days on market decreased by close to 14%!
