In the last several months leads from websites are down, every agent I speak with complains that leads are down. This gives some reason for the decrease in leads and offers suggestions for a work around.

In the following video Googles own Matt Cutts discusses how the tech giant handles duplicate content and what negative effects it can have on rankings from an SEO perspective.

Great information and clearing many thoughts were around for Google handling duplicate contents. I had asked Google guy, is there any penalty if I post my blog in two or more blogs platform such Activerain and Wordpress? he said no penalty, but you don't get credit twice (e.g., no additional juice for SEO).
