I was just at CE for Short Sales and Foreclosures. WOW is the world of Real Estate Changing. I hope sellers will learn how important a good realtor is when it comes to selling their home. FSBO websites are not helping those in danger of forclosure. How do we get our message across? Are the T.V. commercials working?

Television commercials have never worked in our area. I have no idea why people want to believe the media instead of the experts in the field. And of course, there are the agents who got into the business when it was booming, and didn't really have a clue what they were doing, that have now given our entire industry a bad reputation.
