Home sales in the Coppell area were down 6% in December 2013 compared to last year, with 34 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have increased 11%, with 614 homes sold. New Coppell real estate listings increased 25% from last year, with 25 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have increased 3%, with 744 homes listed.
