Listing inventory in our area keeps shrinking and it is hard to find a home under $200K. I am currently working with a first time home buyer who is looking for a home within this price range. Each time we find a home that meet my buyer’s need, there would be multiple offers written for the same property already. Our current housing market is really good for the sellers but frustrating for the buyers.
