Good morning Wayne. No, I can't say that I am always a 100% focused. From time to time I have lapses but get back on track pretty quickly.

If you went to the Franklin-Covey school of daily goals, you will make a list for each day of things you will accomplish. Then label that list with As, Bs and Cs. Your As are mission critical tasks that you will do immediately, then tackle the Bs and if anytime is left, you can get to the Cs.As you cross off your As, your Bs become As and your Cs become Bs, etc. Sometimes a system like that helps you stay focused.
