Keeping focused on the future.

With all the bad news I have received in the past week. I am more determined to be the best I can be.

I will be meeting with more Realtors and their brokers this week in order to try and generate a little more business for Desert Sun Home and Commercial Inspections.

I am not asking to corner any market. I would just like a fair shot at getting inspections. Many of the Brokers and agents seem to "Talk the talk" but when it actually comes down to it they don't "Walk the walk" when it comes to a home inspection and the what I call proper procedures for obtaining a quality home inspector.

My Challenge to the Realtors who have not used my services in the past...

Give Desert Sun Home Inspections a try. If looking out for the buyers best interest is your number one priority, then we are the inspection Company to call.

We have decades of helping buyers make an informed decision about the home they want to purchase.

Worse case is you will say no. If you do then the weight is on your shoulders not mine. Don't you really want to know if the home has any issues that may come up at a later date?

I do. But I don't even get the chance. I will not issue a report without listing the issues with the home. Not right and not fair to the buyers or anyone else involved in the transaction that receive a cake inspection report.
