WE ARE HERE TO HELP: REALTORS NEEDED!!!

I have read and followed the blog of fellow Active Rainer Debe Maxwell in Charlotte.  She is frustrated with the various list she has to keep up with for her various transactions in Real Estate.  If you haven't read her blog go and check it out: 

 HELP! I'm OVERWHELMED! 

 I have garnered the help of a client of mine who is willing to HELP!!!  He is retrieving his program and will have it ready for me to preview in two weeks. 

IN THE MEAN TIME>>>>>

 I wish to enlist the help of fellow Active Rainer's to make a program that is quick and easy to use.  There have been a ton of great ideas, but I want more.  We need you to tell us what you need!  Read the associated blog and let's do it.  

We are also going to need some volunteers.  Debe are you interested? Anyone interested can park it here!

We are aiming for a subscription price of about $15-$25 a month. I don't want to pay a monthly subscription either but it's like an HOA, you have to pay for maintenance, insurance, and it's cheaper than Top Producer!  

 If the active rain guys are reading this, feel free to contact me to check on our status.  You may benefit from this as well.

Well reading Debe's she says she used Top Producer and became over whelmed.. I on the other hand started my Real Estate business with Top Producer and have loved it .. now I have tuned it to me and my need and my business .. but as an agent .. that is a single agent no assistant no buyers agent .. and team of one.. that has carried no less then 20 listing at a time and closed on average 42 listing a year for the last 3 years .. Top Producer did it all and did it great .. I train other agent that your best employee will be a well tuned Top Producer.. So I can see what other tools is out there and I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Paul:  I'm DEFINITELY parked!!  I have no problem with a $25./month hit but, for the expense of TP and the headaches, it simply wasn't worth it!  I shouldn't have to take hours and hours of CLASSES to learn a program.  It should be simple to use for even the least computer savvy agents!!  Thanks for your continued support and I look forward to seeing what we come up with!!

Yeah, I'm not happy with TP but the alternates don't have all the same things. It's like buying a mac it's nice but it can't do all of the things in business that a PC can so it's not a complete solution. Action plans and marketing library are two things that are key.
