As you trudge your way through life your eyes will open up one day and I am imploring you to
Grow An Awareness Of Your Got Your Back People.
This may be an acquaintance, friend, love interest, one person or maybe up to five, same gender, opposite gender, local or distant, they come from all walks of life and ages. Despite any label they are a person who holds the traits of core friendship:
- Loyalty to you
- Pure caring
- Looks ahead out for you
- Knows your interests
- Connects with you despite knowing your weaknesses
- CONSISTENTLY is there for you when you need them
- Defends you against pain from the outside world and those who would do you harm like no other
- Never intentionally hurts you
The reason I say you open your eyes to these people when you find them, is it is not like you deliberately went out and recruited them. They are in some form magical, they just showed up! I often refer to it they are just these amazing guardian angel types, maybe with their own broken wings that they minimize to you.
KNOW in life as you get older, looking at those traits on that list, WHO'S GOT YOUR BACK.
