Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club in Ormond Beach Florida Homes sold in January 2014

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 10 Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club homes sold in January,2014. Two (2) of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure. All of the sales were in the price ranges, between $130,000 and $1,650,000. An additional 14 Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing with (4) four of the homes involving a lender.
