Word on the street is that many agents are looking for jobs to help supplement their income a bit. While I understand things aren't the way they were in the past few years, it's important that you hang in there. The worst thing that you would want to do is to lose focus or even get out of the industry, only to find difficulty getting back into the swing of things when it picks up. 

Working harder is the solution to staying on top of your game. Get back to the basics and keep moving forward. In years to come we will all have stories to tell about the way things were, and what we did to adjust.
