South Riding Mid Week Update 2/8/2014 - 2/12/2014

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 35 active listings. 2 home listings new this week; 1 traditional town home and 1 traditional detached home.  6 homes went under contract; 1 short sale town home, 3 traditional sale town homes, and 2 traditional detached home.  1 homes sold; 1 traditional sale detached home..  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
