New Orleans off Decling Market List

Fannie Mae made the decision to take most of the New Orleans area zip codes off the declining market list today.  This means buyers can now buy for three percent down instead of five.  This amount to a few thousand dollars less than was necessary before.  It's good to see that my area is making a good come back after Katrina.
