Got my morning workout in by shoveling half of my driveway before the snow gets even heavier. Although the winter weather watch was all over the news I have to admit I was somewhat surprised to see all this snow this morning. Surprised the meteorologist got it right this time.

Now I am enjoying the nice snow while it last, but I know I will be over the snow soon, as I have so much to do and really no time to dealing with snow and all the craziness that comes with the snow. The snow plow still needs to come back to my neighborhood so that I can even think of doing anything today.

Claudia-Looks like my area in Va. We had freezing rain too so there is a layer of ice as well. Coming from upstate NY this was normal winter weather all winter. Glad it is only for a few days here.

Just because there's a lull right not, no time to relax. It's coming back with a sleet/snow/ice vengeance around 2-4 p.m.

My days for shoveling are over. I'm just going to wait it out and hunker down.
