All of us like HGTV House Hunters International, where great clients meet great agents and they go find homes all over the world. This new series follows Macarena Rose, as she helps a family of six buy a home in Belize.
In Belize, the Real Estate Trend has shifted. The past saw Buyers that were looking for 2nd homes and retirement homes. In fact, when i moved to Belize over 10 years ago, I was a rare breed, as I was moving as i felt a calling to be in Belize. I was not retiring, in fact, I needed to find work, as my nest egg would cover me for 5 years, and then i knew, well, had to get to work !
In my wildest dreams, I never could have envisoned, opening a Buyers Agency in Belize, for people who were like me, and wanted to move to Belize.
I share with you, that buyers these past 2 years, have been families with Children, people in their mid 30's and 40's looking to live a slower, more organic lifestyle in a English speaking Country, which is Belize's principal language.
