This morning I had the opportunity to tour Stratford Park, a great new development of 200 single family homes in the north Knoxville area.
Located about 2 miles north of the Merchants Road Exit off Interstate 75 North, Stratford has excellent school districts, great access to shoppings, lots of nearby restaurants and a great school system.
