Special offer

New north Knoxville development

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Shoreline New Hampshire & Maine

This morning I had the opportunity to tour Stratford Park, a great new development of 200 single family homes in the north Knoxville area.

Located about 2 miles north of the Merchants Road Exit off Interstate 75 North, Stratford has excellent school districts, great access to shoppings, lots of nearby restaurants and a great school system.

This great offering by builder Jimmy Cooper is just one example of the terrific homes going up in Stratford Park. Priced at just $269,900 for 2,450 square feet, 3 bedrooms, including a main level master, 2.5 baths, solid surface counters, lots of hardwood and tile; this beauty would make some family a great new home.

Good Grief.  $110 a square foot.  Such a deal.  That same home where my home in VA is would cost about $550,000 easy.  Where my office is in MD it would cost about $650,000.

To get homes in that price range, folks have to go to West Virginia

Wow - what a deal that price is compared to my areas!  That same house in the coastal areas of NH would run somewhere between $450,000 to $600,000, depending on the location.
