Now let's take a look at prices for the Active, Pending and Sold listings in the Copper Hill neighborhood of Yucca Valley:
So it appears that the listing on Barberry, that's been on the market for close to two years (581 days, see above) is indeed overpriced. Surprisingly, the standard sale on Selecta on 1-3-2014 was at one of the lowest prices, while the other sales were distress sales (short-pay or REO bank-owned).
