Who sells the highest percentage of their listings in Duxbury?

Managing Real Estate Broker with Brad MacKenzie

When you want to sell your house for the most money and in the shortest time, there simply isn't any alternative: choosing Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Duxbury is your best business decision, hands down.

Being able to leverage the unparalleled expertise, talents and resources of my office and the firm as a whole is the main reason I choose to work with Coldwell Banker in Duxbury. Size matters when you are looking for results, and there is no substitute for the best knowledge, support and cooperation in the area, and perhaps in the industry.

This chart illustrates the enormous chasm between the results in my office and every other brokerage house in Duxbury. If this were an election, it would be a landslide. We sell nearly two-thirds of all the listings we take, and we take more listings than any other firm. That is, our sales conversion rate is one measure of our high level of effectiveness. We are more successful at selling houses than our competition.

It continues to be a pleasure to work with the group of Realtors who make every day a good day to be a Realtor in Duxbury and the South Shore of Massachusetts. My colleagues are another reason you want me on your team, representing your best and highest interests, when you sell your house.

I kind of knew the answer to this one before I even read the blog post and I would wager that Brad McKenzie is right at the top of the list at Coldwell Banker.

It's a three-tiered system to get you the most for your asset: the national mother corporation of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the local Duxbury CBRB office and me. Each part lends its strengths in ways that, in my opinion, provide service and results superior to other brokerages, agencies and Realtors.

Good morning Brad. Very impressive report and a great reason why buyers and sellers in the South Shore should be contacting you to represent them.
