Crown Park Neighborhood in Camas, WA - A true jewel in the city.
The Crown Park neighborhood in Camas Washington is filled with a collection of eclectic homes, most built between 1920 and 1965. You’ll see some great craftsman style renovations and classic ranch homes in carefully restored condition. Naturally, you’ll also spot a few still in need of work.
Right now, there’s a 550 square foot 1920‘s bungalow, recently remodeled listed at $96,500. The most expensive on the Active sales list is one of my favorites, a 3272 square foot 2002-built craftsman. Priced at $439,900, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has plenty of old world charm, with the modern touches desired by today’s buyers.
There are currently 8 homes for sale in our MLS system - 3 pending, and four recent sales (within the last three months). Due to the condition and age of the recent sales, the average sold price per square foot comes in at $91. The average listing price of the current inventory is around $105 a square foot. While that sounds quite affordable, buyers should expect to pay more for homes in top condition, and those located within close proximity to the park.

The 7.4 acre park is dotted with towering fir trees which offer plenty of shade during the warm summer months. Two tennis courts, a public pool, picnic shelters, play structures, a 1/2 basketball court, and a baseball diamond set the stage for plenty of activity.
In addition, Crown Park is revered by the locals for it’s August park festivals, annual Easter egg hunt, Halloween party, and other fun community events. It’s also a popular spot for a family reunion, or other large celebrations.
