Should You Ditch Your Niche and Switch?!

Should You Ditch Your Niche and Switch?!  Let's face it, some of us may be missing the mark when it comes to selling real estate.  We may be sabotoging our greatest potential by not zeroing in on niche marketing.

Selling Rural Properties is my Niche.  I've lived in the country for 30+ years and I know a lot about wells, water rights, septic systems, easements, encroachments, and various land use zoning's in Oregon.

For years, my marketing has appealed to Californians, who are looking to discover the Oregon Dream.  Towering pine trees, luscious green landscape (with no water shortage), privacy/seclusion, low property taxes/cost of living, and no sales tax are just a few of our local amenities.  Oh...and you don't have to pump your own gas in Oregon! (Yes, this is a shameless plug for the benefits of living in Southern Oregon =)

Am I pigeonholing myself in a particular niche?  Should I ditch my niche and switch?  I'm going to find out by attending Ron & Alexandra Seigel's webinar, There are Riches in Niches, February 20, 2014 at 10am (PST).

Join me for a cup of Joe as we listen to the Masters of Niche Marketing share their personal secrets about riches in niches.  I'd love to make more money while continuing to do what I love.  Wouldn't you?!   Sign-up now!
